Meeting at the Historic Lincoln, Nebraska State Capital with Insurance Commissioner Bruce Ramage on issues such as Insurance, Business Transfer, worker’s Compensation, insurance for Scooters, Short Term Health policies, Health Care Sharing Ministry’s, vehicle Service Contracts and the ACA health care delivery future in Nebraska.
With my good friend Mark Behrens, partner Shook, Hardy & Bacon in the Missouri State Legislature working to pass Asbestos Transparency which would allow those who suffer from asbestos caused disease to be compensated but not twice. To many plaintiffs file a tort action, receive a reward and than double dip into existing trust funds for additional compensation.
With Camille Schrier, Miss America attending a reception for the Brain Injury Alliance at the home of Dr. Dina Shacknai. We celebrated the good work of those who treat brain trauma in Arizona.
